Brian Wagner is chief operating officer at ScoutComms, a leading communications and marketing firm specializing in veteran and military family issues. He leverages his experience as a Congressional policy advisor, non-profit director, public relations agency executive and military public affairs officer to provide holistic, inclusive solutions that helps clients better serve veterans and military families.
Brian also serves as a U.S. Navy Reserve public affairs officer, with the rank of Lieutenant and an active security clearance. He is a veteran of Operation Freedom's Sentinel in Afghanistan.
Brian earned his B.A. at Columbia University and has completed coursework at the Naval War College, U.S. Defense Information School and the National Defense University. He is an incoming Spring 2019 member of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business MBA program.
In 2011, Brian founded LendVets, an online nonprofit working with military and business stakeholders across the country to create a national resource directory and informational network for military veteran entrepreneurs. He also served on the board of VetImpact, a likeminded nonprofit.
